01Our agreement

These terms describe website use and launch services offered by PulsarX Marketing LLC, trading as PulsarX (“we,” “us” or “our”). If you order on behalf of a business, you must be authorized to act for that business.

Before payment, the order review shows your package, included deliverables, fixed price and applicable terms. The detailed brief follows your deposit and guides the structure, content and design. Custom applications and non-standard integrations require a separate quote before ordering. Your accepted package, submitted brief and expressly agreed changes form part of the service agreement. A specific written agreement controls a conflicting general provision only to the extent expressly agreed; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Browsing this website or saving a local brief does not place a paid order or authorize a charge.

02Packages & agreed scope

Website Launch includes a website, CRM and AI website chat setup. Business Launch adds marketing setup. Automated Launch adds AI phone answering, connected appointment booking and five agreed workflows. We research leading websites in your industry and plan the pages around your business, without page-based pricing. The current package comparison describes the included work; custom applications and non-standard integrations are separate.

Special requirements and work outside the agreed scope are discussed and priced separately before we proceed. Buying a launch package does not automatically enroll you in ongoing support.

03Price & payment

Launch prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Where an eligible promotional offer is recorded on your order, that order retains its promotional launch price. Discounted spots are reserved when opening deposit Checkout, and secured by a confirmed deposit. Expired unpaid Checkout reservations can reopen. Eligible monthly plans are 40% off for their first three paid monthly billing periods, after any included free hosting period, then return to their regular rate. The promotional Care rate is $59.40/month for those three periods, then $99/month until canceled. Marketing, Automation and combined service scope and billing are confirmed with your team; Care is included once. Additional setup, ad spend and third-party usage fees are separate. A 20% deposit secures your project. You then complete your brief and share materials in your client dashboard. Work and the 72-hour clock begin immediately when you submit your brief after the confirmed deposit. Saving a draft does not start work. The remaining 80% is due after you approve the agreed work and before launch and handover.

Advertising spend, payment processing for your store, voice AI, phone and messaging usage fees are separate. Website AI chat hosting and usage are included during the first 30 days from launch and with Care; on your own infrastructure, you pay your hosting and AI provider directly. Any applicable taxes, third-party charges or additional services we arrange are identified in your quote or checkout before you authorize payment.

04The 72-hour guarantee

The clock begins immediately when you submit your project brief in your client dashboard after your 20% deposit is confirmed. Team approval is not required. Payment and draft saves alone do not start the clock. Your dashboard records the start and deadline. A business name and description are required; additional preferences and creative materials are optional. We develop the content and design from what you supply. Missing creative materials do not pause or reset the clock.

The promise covers every agreed initial deliverable in your chosen package, ready for your review within 72 hours: your website, CRM and included marketing or AI setup. Review, revisions, publication and campaign activation are separate steps. External platform verification or approval can affect publication and activation; it does not change our agreed initial delivery deadline.

Additional scope is agreed separately. The included 30 days of automation tuning continue after launch. Nothing elsewhere in these terms takes away the remedies in this guarantee.

05Review, revisions & launch

Two consolidated revision rounds are included. Review the work and send feedback together for each round so we can make the agreed changes. You are responsible for confirming business facts, prices, product information and other materials before approving them.

New pages, features or a change in direction outside the agreed scope require a separate written agreement on any additional price and timing. They do not silently change the original scope or guarantee.

We publish and hand over the website after your approval and the balance payment, or after completion where fees are waived under the guarantee. Campaigns and external profiles also require your approval, relevant account access and any necessary platform checks.

06Cancellation & refunds

To request cancellation, email info@pulsarxm.com and identify your project. Contact us promptly if you want to cancel before the confirmed project start; any applicable refund is handled under your written order and applicable law.

Cancellation does not reverse charges for additional work or third-party purchases you already separately authorized. Any treatment of unfinished work beyond these provisions must be stated in the written project agreement, not introduced after cancellation.

The launch deposit rule is separate from cancellation of optional monthly services. Their billing, renewal and cancellation arrangements are agreed before enrollment.

07Ownership & handover

Your existing business materials remain yours. You give us the permission needed to use the materials you supply to carry out the agreed project.

The website and client-specific content we create belong to you after final payment. If we complete the package with fees waived under the 72-hour guarantee, the same handover and ownership rights apply at completion without requiring a waived payment.

The one-time price includes the delivered website, CRM and AI chat setup, access and a walkthrough. You may use compatible hosting and your own AI-provider account without a PulsarX subscription. We help deploy or transfer the delivered system; your external hosting and provider costs are separate. CRM data can be exported. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets and services remain subject to their own licenses. Ownership of project deliverables does not transfer ownership of third-party platforms or our pre-existing internal tools and systems.

08Hosting & ongoing support

New launch orders include 30 days of hosting for the website, CRM and AI chat from the completed launch. You can choose your own compatible hosting from handover, or continue with Care at $99/month for hosting, CRM, AI chat, technical support, monthly form and booking checks, and one hour of small content edits. Care is not required on your own infrastructure. When paying the final project balance, you may explicitly enroll in optional Care and authorize Stripe to save your card. Care begins with 30 free days from the actual website launch, then renews at $99 per month and is charged automatically until canceled. We send confirmation of the renewal date and a reminder before the first charge. You can cancel before launch in your client dashboard or cancel later renewals through Manage Care in Payments; cancellation during an active period takes effect at the end of that period. We help arrange the transfer if you choose your own compatible infrastructure. Buying a launch package or paying a deposit alone never enrolls you in Care. Adding a service does not restart the included period. Previously accepted orders retain their original included hosting period.

Care, Marketing and Automation support are optional monthly services. There is no minimum monthly term in the current offer. The service scope, billing date, renewal and cancellation arrangements must be agreed before any recurring payment is authorized.

Marketing and automation setup can be added later without paying again for setup already purchased. New workflows, integrations, major rebuilds and other work outside the agreed support scope are quoted separately.

09Platforms, advertising & AI

External services operate under their own rules, charges and availability. Directory publication, account verification, payment-provider approval and ad review remain subject to the relevant platform’s process. We do not promise particular rankings, leads, revenue or advertising returns.

Advertising campaigns use your approved offers, accounts and budget. AI calls and chat use your approved business information and agreed handover rules. AI can produce incorrect or incomplete responses, so the agreed configuration includes review and a route to a person.

Before activating calls, recording or messaging, the project configuration must specify permitted uses, required notices and permissions, recording and retention settings, recipients and stopping conditions. These matters are agreed for the actual service; this website does not activate a calling or messaging system by itself.

These platform and results limitations do not reduce our 72-hour initial-delivery guarantee.

10Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, materials you have permission to use, the agreed account access and timely consolidated feedback. Keep control of your business accounts and tell us when permissions or business information change.

Use the website and delivered services lawfully. Do not submit malicious files, interfere with the service, provide information you are not entitled to share or use the work to infringe another person’s rights. Access needed for the project should be shared through a method agreed with us, not pasted into the brief.

11Privacy & publicity

Our Privacy Policy explains handling of website information and direct communications. Customer data processed through services delivered to your business requires the relevant service arrangements and privacy notices for that setup.

We will not use your business name, logo or performance data in public case studies, testimonials or other marketing without your prior written consent. You can withdraw that consent by email; we will remove the materials from our active use within 14 business days.

12Questions, law & updates

If there is a problem with a project, contact us with the details so we can work toward a resolution. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, and applicable federal law, without taking away protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

Updates to these website terms will show a revised date. A website update does not retroactively change an already accepted project agreement; changes to that agreement must be agreed in writing. Nothing here excludes obligations or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
