Privacy Policy
How we handle project information and website activity, and the choices you control.
PulsarX Marketing LLCLast updated
Analytics, session recordings, ad measurement and personalized ads follow the regional settings and privacy choices described below. Submitted projects, materials and messages are handled as part of providing our service.
Read the Terms of Service01Who we are & scope
PulsarX Marketing LLC operates the PulsarX website, client dashboard and project support services. This notice covers information handled through those services and when you contact us directly.
Processing your customers’ information through a website or CRM we build for you is addressed in the applicable service agreement and configuration.
02Information we receive
When you submit a project, we receive your name, email address, business details, package choice and requirements. Your client dashboard can hold uploaded materials, feedback, approvals, project status and payment status. Messages sent through chat, email or other contact channels are received by our team and the services supporting that channel.
Hosting and security providers process technical requests, including IP addresses, URLs and browser headers, to deliver and protect the service. Do not include passwords, card details or sensitive customer records in a brief or chat. We arrange an appropriate way to exchange required access.
03Drafts, submissions & files
The website saves a draft in your browser. Continuing to order review can submit that draft and create a project in our database and CRM before a deposit is paid. Changing a local draft does not delete an already submitted project.
Files are sent to private storage when you upload them through your client dashboard. Local drafts remain until replaced or cleared through your browser. Clearing browser data does not remove submitted information; contact us to request that.
04How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, agree scope, provide services, communicate about work, manage billing, maintain records, resolve support requests, secure our services and meet applicable obligations. Optional analytics helps us improve the website and understand which advertising leads to inquiries.
05Providers & automated support
Cloudflare delivers our website and supports the project database, private files and transactional email. Our CRM and Chatwoot messaging service run on OVH infrastructure. Chat messages may be processed through OpenAI to prepare automated replies; team members can review conversations and take over. Stripe handles hosted checkout; full card details are not stored in our project database. Any checkout in test mode is clearly marked and does not charge real money. Google Calendar collects the contact details and project description you enter when booking a call and sends the meeting invitation with a Google Meet link. Confirmed consultations and cancellations are copied to our CRM so our team can prepare and follow up.
Optional analytics uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Optional advertising measurement and personalized advertising use Google Ads. Providers process information under their terms and policies and may operate outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement.
We limit project access to the people and providers supporting the service. We may disclose records when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell project briefs or customer files.
06Analytics & session recordings
When enabled under the choices described below, Google Analytics measures visits across our website and My workspace, package selection, form steps, saved inquiries and checkout steps. For confirmed real payments, we may also send the amount, currency, payment stage and a transaction identifier, associated with a browser analytics identifier. Test payments are excluded from revenue and advertising purchase conversions; a separate event may indicate that a test payment was confirmed. Microsoft Clarity provides click and scroll maps and reconstructions of activity on public pages and the My workspace. These show website interactions, not your camera, microphone or actual eye movements.
We mask the brief form and chat area. In My, customer content is masked, including names, project details, messages, inputs and file information. Interface labels, button captions and navigation remain readable so we can understand how the workspace is used. Order identifiers are masked in recording URLs. Recordings stop before opening private file or external project links. We do not load recordings on the public order-review page, embedded chat page or team dashboard. We do not intentionally send form answers, messages or uploaded files as analytics event parameters. We filter URLs and event fields to reduce unintended disclosure.
When advertising measurement is enabled, Google Ads and OpenAI Ads measure saved inquiries and may receive confirmed real payment amounts associated with an advertising click identifier. OpenAI measurement is sent from our server only when Advertising is enabled and an OpenAI click identifier is available. We send the original click identifier, an event identifier and time, a public page address, and for confirmed real payments the actual amount and currency. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, briefs, messages or files to OpenAI for this measurement, and opt these events out of future user-level personalization. OpenAI click attribution is retained for up to 30 days. We may associate campaign information and advertising click identifiers with a project to understand its source. These payment events do not include your name, email, brief, files or card details. When Advertising is enabled under the regional choices below, Google also uses visits to our public marketing pages to build audiences and show relevant PulsarX ads on other websites. We send the public page address without query parameters, fragments or referrer, and do not send private dashboard page visits for remarketing. A confirmed saved inquiry may be used to exclude someone from visitor ads. Visitor audiences use 30-day or 180-day membership periods; inquiry and customer exclusion audiences use up to 180 days. Google may associate this activity with its advertising identifiers. Microsoft advertising storage remains disabled in Clarity.
07Cookies & your choices
Optional analytics, session recordings, advertising measurement and personalized advertising wait for your consent when your location is identified as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Andorra, Gibraltar, Jersey, North Macedonia, Argentina, Brazil, China, Colombia, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, Peru, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Uruguay, Vietnam, Quebec (Canada), or a French overseas territory.
In other locations, including the United States, these tools start by default unless you have opted out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. The same default applies when we cannot determine your country or, in Canada, your province, including when the location check is unavailable. We use our hosting provider’s approximate country and, for Canada only, province information. Our privacy settings endpoint does not return or store your IP address, city or precise location.
Use Cookie settings in the website or My workspace footer (or beside the legal links on the project page) to accept, decline or change optional analytics and advertising. The Advertising choice controls both ad measurement and personalized ads. To opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, turn Advertising off and save your preferences, or select Reject all. You can also manage Google advertising through My Ad Center. Reject all turns off Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads and OpenAI Ads measurement and personalized advertising. A saved refusal takes priority over regional defaults. You can submit a project with essential storage only. Turning off previously enabled tracking may reload the page to stop scripts.
We save privacy choices and the version of the advertising notice accepted with them for up to 180 days and, when measurement is enabled, campaign attribution for up to 90 days. In regions requiring prior consent, a choice made under our former measurement-only notice does not enable personalized ads until you accept the updated Advertising choice. OpenAI measurement also waits for acceptance of the updated notice that names OpenAI; an earlier Google advertising choice does not enable it. Analytics providers use their own cookies and retention settings. Global Privacy Control disables all optional services in this integration, including session recordings and personalized advertising. We do not treat Do Not Track as a separate consent choice.
Essential storage supports sign-in, security, drafts, chat continuity and preferences. Blocking all storage can prevent those features from working. Opting out stops future optional collection and withdraws pending inquiry and payment measurement for projects linked to your current dashboard session. It does not automatically delete earlier records. To change measurement choices for a project from another browser, sign in to your dashboard or contact us.
08Retention & protection
We retain project records, messages and files for delivery, support, accounting, dispute resolution and applicable obligations. Retention depends on the record and purpose; backups may retain copies after removal from the active service.
We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Browser drafts may be accessible to someone using the same browser profile.
09Your requests
Contact info@pulsarxm.com to ask about information we hold, request access or a copy, correct details, request deletion or stop marketing communications. Identify the email or project involved; do not send identity documents unless we agree a verification method.
We may need to verify identity and retain records for legal obligations, an active service or a dispute. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply. We explain relevant limits and do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
10External services
Portfolio links, review sites, email, telephone and external checkout involve services with their own policies. Review those policies when deciding what to share.
11Business audience
Our services are intended for adult business users and are not directed to children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so that we can review and address it.
12Changes to this notice
We update this page and its date when practices change. Where appropriate, we explain material changes and obtain permission before a new optional use begins.
